How many hours do I need?It depends on the size of your home, how many rooms and how much is in them, plus the quality and depth of cleaning that you require. Ultimately the choice is yours, and you may want fewer or more hours and then prioritise the rooms and jobs to be completed

Do I have to supply cleaning products & equipment?No, our cleaners carry their own cleaning products or equipment. However some clients may want our cleaners to use their own chosen cleaning products/substances.

Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit/debit card payments, bank transfers and cash payments.

Are your cleaners insured?Our cleaners have a full public liability cover, which in case of an accident or any kind of property damage, will cover the full price for compensation.

Do you have to come to the property in order to give me a quote?That is not necessary, simply give us as many details about the property and what you need to be cleaned and our consultants will give you an estimate of what the service will cost.

Will I be tied to a contract?There is no minimum contract.

What happens if I am not completely satisfied with the service?We have a 72 hour guarantee and we will come back for a re-clean free of charge.

Are there any extra charges that I should be aware of?No, we don’t have any hidden charges. However, in some cases there may be an additional charge – an example would be if there is no free parking available and we have to pay for parking.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or we are unable to access the property upon arrival, or we are turned away at the door, a cancellation fee equal to half the service fee will be charged.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 72 hour satisfaction guarantee and we will come back for a re-clean free of charge.
