No, our cleaners carry their own cleaning products or equipment. However some clients may want our cleaners to use their own chosen cleaning products/substances.

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

We accept credit/debit card payments, bank transfers and cash payments.

Our cleaners have a full public liability cover, which in case of an accident or any kind of property damage, will cover the full price for compensation.

That is not necessary, simply give us as many details about the property and what you need to be cleaned and our consultants will give you an estimate of what the service will cost.

There is no minimum contract.

We have a 72 hour guarantee and we will come back for a re-clean free of charge.

No, we don’t have any hidden charges. However, in some cases there may be an additional charge – an example would be if there is no free parking available and we have to pay for parking.
